Pini is an independent fashion illustrator and designer based in Hollywood, CA. Drawing inspiration from high fashion, astrology, spirituality, girl power, travel, nature, and fantasy. He has built an immersive visual world through digital illustration.

Raised in coastal Massachusetts, Pini began formal painting and drawing studies at a young age, developing strong technical foundations across a wide range of mediums. He later earned a BFA in Fashion Design and Illustration from the Massachusetts College of Art and Design, where his training sharpened both his fashion sensibility and fine art practice.

After relocating to Los Angeles, Pini began his career designing stage costumes for musicians, later expanding into fashion illustration, album artwork, magazine features, and concert merchandise. While his early work emphasized precision and technical rendering, a formative period spent working in Italy marked a turning point in his practice. During this time, he began unlearning classical training and began drawing in a way that felt more natural and embodied. This shift led him to commit fully to his own style, one he continues to refine today.

Currently, Pini is completing his most ambitious project to date: an original 78-card tarot deck (Al Di Là Tarocchi), developed since 2021. The deck represents the culmination of his desire to build a fully realized world where each image belongs unmistakably to the same vision. Through this work and beyond, Pini explores creation as a form of truth-telling, using illustration as his most natural mode of communication and a way to invite others into the dreamlike universe he inhabits.
