1. Inquiry & Form Submission

Email me at nick@pini.co with the details of your project, including the theme, intention, or concepts you’d like me to explore. To maintain focus and cohesion, please limit your ideas to 2–3.

2. Quote & Agreement

I will review your submission and provide a personalized quote along with the proposed timeline for your piece.

3. Deposit

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your commission and officially begin the project. Once received, I will start creating your artwork.

4. Concept & Approval

You will receive a preliminary concept sketch for approval. One round of revisions is included at this stage. Once approved, the final composition will be created, and no further revisions are offered.

5. Creative Process

I take full creative lead to bring your vision to life. Note that text design, invitations, or posters are not included and will require an additional fee. I strongly prefer to work in black and white.

6. Final Payment & Delivery

The remaining 50% balance is due before delivery. Final digital files or physical artwork will be sent promptly once payment is received.

7. Usage & Copyright

All artwork remains the intellectual property of the artist. Purchasers receive personal use rights only, and commercial use is only allowed with prior written consent.
